Orders & Deliveries
We provide delivery service to mainland Singapore only. Our delivery charges are $8 per location. For urgent next working day delivery, an additional $10 charge will be incurred. The cut-off time on orders for next working day delivery is 12pm current day. Delivery charges of $8 will be waived for a minimum order of $65 for a single location. Whilst we strive to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible, the timing for all deliveries (local, express, next working day) are subject to the schedule of our courier and delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Self-collection orders require 2-3 days to process. Subject to availability.
Orders & Products are subjected to stock availability and confirmation of prices. Should we not be able to fulfil your orders, we will take the necessary steps to inform you and provide alternatives. Delivery times may vary and any guarantees or representations made are subject to delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
