How do I make a purchase online?

Step 1: Create an account & key in your details (delivery address etc.)
Step 2: Select your desired items
Step 3: Choose Delivery option
Step 4: Make payment via Paynow or Visa/Mastercard
Step 5: Receive confirmation email from us

How do I know my online order is confirmed?

Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent out to you.

Order & Delivery

Do you provide delivery?

Yes, we provide delivery to mainland Singapore only.

What are the delivery charges?

We deliver island wide at $8 per location.
For urgent next working day delivery, an additional $10 charge will be incurred. The timing for next working day delivery is subjected to the schedule of our courier. The cut-off time on orders for next working day delivery is 12pm.
Alternatively, you can drop by our physical store for all purchases.

Can the delivery charges be waived for a minimum order?

Yes, delivery charges of $8 will be waived for a minimum order of $65 for a single location.

What is the processing lead time for online orders?

For online orders, please allow us up to 2 working days upon receipt of payment to process your online orders.

When will I receive my orders?

Please allow us up to 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment for the delivery of your items.
